Most sessions are one-on-one "talk therapy." Through this, many different needs can be addressed, and supports can be put in place such as: Processing current problems, emotional support, working on historic issues, short and long term planning, skill building, and any other areas of life that need to be addressed.

About Joan Cybulski
Joan Cybulski is formerly the Director of Addiction Services of a partial hospitalization program in New Jersey, and Co-occurring Disorders specialist in Connecticut. After her extensive career in the public sector, Joan now continues to provide her outstanding levels of care in private practice as one of the first people to qualify for, and to be certified in, gambling addiction treatment (CASAC-G) as well as co-occurring disorders and Life Coach.
